As a customer selations specialist at Luxity, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our sellers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high-quality service standards. You will also be responsible for conducting research on product submissions to ensure their authenticity and value. Please note that this is an in-office role based in our head office.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for seller inquiries and issues.
- Maintain and enhance seller satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
- Conduct thorough research on product submissions to verify authenticity and value.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold high service standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to the customer relations process.
- Provide regular feedback to management on seller trends and concerns.
- Assist in the development and execution of seller engagement strategies.
- Previous experience in customer relations or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to conduct detailed research.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the luxury resale or retail industry is a plus.
- A competitive salary of R20,000 per month.
