Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team or work independently to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with client objectives and drive business outcomes as per creative briefs.
• Coordinate effectively with account managers to ensure clear communication and proper management of team expectations.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our work fresh, innovative, and impactful.
• Proactively identify opportunities within each brief to create standout work.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail and uphold quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of experience in art direction within an agency setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of agency structures and processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to think strategically across various media channels, including traditional, social, and experiential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with other software such as Cinema 4D and After Effects is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of print production processes and requirements for preparing artwork.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing your creative work (No portfolio, no chance).
