Company needs the skills of an experience CRM agent for its shipping / export division.
Required
- Matric
- Three years' experience in the same type of position
- Good overall knowledge of shipping / export forwarders
- PODs
- Export documentation
- Shipment bookings
- Liaise with service providers
- Quotes on orders, back orders etc
- Liaise with production and attend meetings
- Extensive client liaison and updating CRM system
