      Key responsibilities:

      The Sales Branch Manager will oversee the operations and sales activities of the branch dedicated to electronic waste management. This role involves managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the electronic waste management industry, and a proven track record in sales management.

      Key responsibilities:

      Sales strategy and planning:
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets and increase market share.
      • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
      • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
      Team management:
      • Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.
      • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
      • Foster a positive and productive team environment.
      Customer relationship management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
      • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
      • Develop strategies to expand the customer base and retain existing clients.
      Operational oversight:
      • Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
      • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to streamline processes.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
      Sales reporting and analysis:
      • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
      • Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
      • Adjust strategies based on performance insights and feedback.
      Marketing and business development:
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
      • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
      Qualifications:

      Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, environmental science, or a related field.
      Experience:
      • Minimum of five years of experience in sales management, preferably within electronic waste management or related industry.
      • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
      Skills:
      • Strong leadership and team management skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
      • Knowledge of electronic waste management practices and regulations.
      • Proficient in Afrikaans and English
