Are you an organised multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our dynamic team as an Office Administrator and play a vital role in the success of our cold email outreach agency. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly, and supporting our sales team in their outreach efforts.

Responsibilities
:
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry
  • Manage and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Prepare and send daily, weekly reports to clients
  • Convert email responses into sales demos
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage 25+ clients and all admin as such from these inboxes
Requirements:
  • Two + years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
