Job brief

Leads4Africa is looking for an enthusiastic telesales executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. As an accomplished telesales executive with a proven track record in B2B telesales, you will be generating appointments for fields sales reps to close new business. Our clients consist of multiple globally leading companies within the IT and financial sectors.

An effective telesales executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The candidate will be cold calling B2B SMEs and building relationships with potential clients by establishing rapport and building trust.

Including the following:
  • Generating leads and booking appointments for field sales reps
  • Managing diaries
  • Meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in developing business and customers. We would require a motivated and punctual personality to join our team of experts.

Requirements
  • Experience as telesales executive or other sales/customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
