Quality Checker

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused quality checker to join our team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, materials and equipment to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.  The quality checker will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control checks on jobs as they are processed
• Inspect products for defects, damage or non-compliance to quality standards
• Verify products meet customer specifications and industry standards
• Identity and report quality issues to production manager
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and results
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
• Making sure all elements required are accounted for

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, degree in quality control or related field preferred
• 1 - 2 years of experience in quality control in the digital printing industry
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of quality control principles and standards
• Must be able to follow a distribution list

Working conditions:

• Work in fast fast-paced production environment
• Stand for long periods and must be available for overtime in the week and weekends
• Must be able to work with staff
