She has extensive Mineral Processing experience and beneficiation of commodities such as Ferrovanadium, gold and uranium. She is highly knowledgeable in high tonnage uranium plants and gold plants with the following processes: Crushing and Milling, Leaching, CIP and CIL for extraction of gold, Counter Current Ion Exchange, solvent extraction for extraction of uranium, electrowining and smelting, Magnetic separation and Heap leaching. During this period in the mining industry she also acquired Technical skills, Supervisory, Business Improvement and Project management skills.
She moved to the Management Consulting Industry in May 2012 where she worked for Renoir Consulting deployed in a Coal Mining Engagement with a throughput increase opportunity of 34%. She later Joined EON Consulting in October 2012 where she consulted in a Large South African Utility company working in the Project Management Centre of Excellence developing Project Delivery Capabilities Documentation/Information Architecture. Competencies developed during Consulting include: Project Management, Business Process Modelling, Business Improvement, Data Analysis and Modelling, Change Management and Knowledge Management
She is currently working as a SIP ( Strategic Integrated Projects) coordinator responsible for Stakeholder Management as well as Monitoring and Evaluation of over 40 Infrastructure Projects, including quarterly reporting to the Presidential Infrastructure Coordinating Committee (PICC)
She strongly aspires to strengthen her Engineering/operational skills in an environment where she can concurrently be involved in either Project Management, Business Improvement, Business Intelligence, Process Re-Engineering, Innovation etc.
