My abilities are fully expressed in the duties in my CV as I grew in the working environment. The motivation for this is the drive towards reaching all these goals, which directly reflects on my personality. This is the one thing that is stimulated by self-motivation and personal growth and can only be measured in success. I personally feel that the track record of the entity I was responsible for as General Manager, has had immaculate success, and in a matter of 16 months grew to be the best in the franchise on all operational areas for two years.
I am constantly developing and strengthening my attributes. I feel that I can only improve and sustain positive growth in any organization.
In closing I subdue all my work and decisions to be transparent and business orientated.
