• Contacting clients and setting up meetings
• Conducting in-depth interviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provisions and future aims
• Completing a full financial needs analysis for clients based on the information received
• Provide clients with advice on financial matters, making recommendations on ways to best utilise their money
I have thoroughly enjoyed working as a Financial Advisor and helping people with their financial planning, but I have realised that my true passion lies with investments and financial markets.
I am looking to move into the asset management industry as an Investment/Equity Analyst, and my goal is to one day become a Portfolio Manager.
I am looking for a position as an Investment/Equity Analyst because I am passionate about, and interested in the investment world. I enjoy monitoring the markets, keeping up to date with current economic events and tracking individual company's performances. I want the opportunity to be creative, to be challenged by my job and to interact with other individuals who share my passion for the financial markets. I am a detail-orientated team player, who has strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a strong aptitude and enthusiasm for working with numbers and solving problems. I have registered to write the CFA Level I exam in June 2014.
