I head up a department that provides shared services to various stakeholders across the MultiChoice South Africa group.

Broadly speaking we create and run websites and internal portals, conceptualise and create content for publications (print and digital - please see our social reports below), oversee customer communication (I sit on the Customer Communications Forum) and deliver graphic design services.

Our mandate is to critically analyse all projects and advise on new and exciting ways to achieve our goals (and achieve these with the greatest efficiency).
