Born in 1983, in Pretoria. I am a self taught Illustrator, animator and aspiring film maker.I Express myself creatively through graphite and ink
illustrations, oil and acrylic paintings. Over the last year I have incorporated digital media into my illustrations and paintings, combining the
traditional and digital mediums to create something that is unique to me.
My work focuses on the human figure, namely portraiture and figure drawing.
I have always had an affinity for the human form and attempt to express and amplify visually the emotions of my subjects.
My current work is influenced by consumerism and explores various themes within consumer culture and pop culture,(religion , race, gender,
politics, mass media, social media, entertainment and various other issues) Exploring how these issues affect, influence and shape our ever
day lives.
