Started working as a Futures broker at Cortex Securities. The daily trading of stock futures was exciting but watching how the everyday man on the street was losing money due to a lack of understanding of what they were getting themselves into did not sit right with me.

So I left the high risk world of derivatives to join a highly reputable Independent Financial Advisor brokerage at Squier Financial Services. Here I have worked and studied under a number of experienced Financial Advisors. Seeing how we help and guide our clients in their financial affairs to financial independence is truly rewarding.

However I still see that a major problem in South Africa is a lack of understanding and awareness of all the financial products and processes in the market.
