STAG African is involved in the funding, design, construction and management of sustainable student residences. Their approach to the student accommodation crisis was to work from an affordable cost backwards - seeking innovative new building techniques, technologies and designs to reduce cost per bed without sacrificing quality of student life. Their methods reduce construction time by 40%, use recycled materials and minimal water. With developments at the University of Fort Hare and the University of Stellenbosch, the company has delivered over 2000 new beds this year alone.
