Geoff Fairhurst started his business coaching company to help small and medium size business owners realize their business goals while achieving a balanced lifestyle. Geoff provides his clients with guidance, mentoring and accountability - so they can take the actions necessary to accomplish their goals. Geoff started his business coaching by applying the finance, marketing, sales and business development skills acquired from more than 20 years of business experience and success within corporate South Africa. His professional career and business has provided the opportunity to guide and mentor hundreds of team members and business owners to achieve massive results and a strong sense of accomplishment.
Geoff's clients describe him as passionate and results-oriented with a strong ability to break down business issues into smaller, manageable pieces for successful implementation.
Through a structured methodical re-education process, clients gain the tools, techniques, and strategies needed to develop results-oriented action plans and successfully implement them. He also provides clients with focus, objectivity and accountability ... at all times focusing them to work ON their business, not IN their business, to achieve the results they desire.
Geoff earned his BCompt majoring in Accounting and Auditing from the University of South Africa and is a member of the ACCPI (formerly the Greater Boksburg Chamber of Commerce) business network group. He lives in Glenmarais with his wife Megan, their two canine fur kids and enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, sports, theatre and traveling, especially to the bush.
