Creative, energetic, fun loving and passionate are a few words to describe who I am. Commitment, humility, clarity, honesty and follow through have always worked in my favor when running a team of staff and volunteers. I am passionate about food, wine & the restauranteering industry and my life’s goal and dream is to open a successful restaurant. I love leadership and management, working with people and thrive on coordinating events. Life is full of surprises and challenges and I believe that is what makes us who we are and it certainly has made me who I am today. I love being busy with stimulating and productive tasks and once given something to do I make sure it’s done thoroughly and properly till the end. There are no short cuts in life and shouldn’t be in work either. I put my all into work and thrive once I've had adequate training and clear instruction.
