I believe in getting things done effectively and efficiently, I do not procrastinate on any task/project that is given to me. I am a diligent individual who is always striving for excellence.
I was a Graduate Intern in one of the most reputable Logistics ogranisation (Barloworld Logistics Africa). In my time with the ogranisation thus far, I have been introduced to a dynamic business in that we manage the supply chain of vastly different companies in industries ranging from Mining and up to the FMCG industry, thus my training is equipping me to be a competent HR practitioner across a broad spectrum of industries.
My biggest achievement thus far was being entrusted with managing the HR function of two of our TMS contracts (PPC and Corobrik) and Supply Cain Management team in April 2014 to date. This role has enormously aided my development in that now I can manager employees from diverse backgrounds and the exposure to HR matters at that high level is translating into competence and confidence in my capability.
