Apply strategic focus within the area to maximize our business goals.
Developing, Evaluating and Monitoring of sales and marketing strategy to gain market share and exceed investor expectations.
Developing business plans to maximize revenue and reduce overheads within the division.
Facilitate a culture of performance management to align the workforce with company goals and strategies.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Management
Directing efforts to drive the achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.
Marketing
Developing marketing strategies to enhance the corporate image and maximize sales
Merchandise management
Coordinating the implementation of the merchandise strategy within the area.
Customer care
Maintaining corporate service levels and customer relations of the internal and external customer. Relationship management with suppliers and service division.
Financial management
Budget setting, monitoring and review; Managing performance and outcomes;
Action plans and cost reduction; Achievement of sales budgets
Stock management
Human resources management
All HR and IR matters; Performance management; Training and development.
Asset management
Fully responsible and accountable for running of Gauteng
Senior Regional Field Manager Responsibilities for Vodacom
Call Diary Management
•Ensure that call diaries are managed and quality assessed as per business requirements.
•Manage and Quality Control an outlet universe.
•Physically conduct planned calls in line with the stipulated business requirements.
•Manage and coordinate rescheduling of diaries.
In-Call Execution
•Ensure all calls are done according to the agreed-upon requirements with the client
•Rectify non-compliance in store immediately
•Responsible for completing in-store book for auditing purposes
Red Flag Management
•Raising external & internal red flags for areas where non-compliance was identified during spot checks
•Ensure that non-compliance issues are followed up and completed to resolution
Corrective Management
•Undertake coaching, counselling and disciplinary sessions with repeat non-compliant Field Based Staff in conjunction with Regional Manager.
•Deal with all non-compliances in accordance with Disciplinary Matrix and Performance standards.
Field Accompaniments (FA’s)
•In conjunction with Regional Manager, conduct field accompaniments in line with the FA Policy and Procedure
Competitive Analysis
•Ensure that field-based staff capitalise on all branding opportunities available for the client to ensure a competitive advantage.
•Compile and report on evidence gathered that represent all issues and challenges identified.
Product/Channel Knowledge
•Responsible for Modular Training on current and new products.
•Responsible for total knowledge of all channel requirements.
Project Management
•Produce project plans of projects undertaken and/or delegated.
•Submit weekly updates on all projects undertaken.
•Plan cyclical based dairies and submit for approval as per specified business requirements
