Show profile Hide profileBlessings Vitumbiko Kalizga Gondwe graduated with a Diploma in Accounting from Malawi College of Accountancy, Lilongwe Campus, Lilongwe Malawi. I then attended ALPHAPOS POINT OF SALE SOFTWARE training at Alpha byte computers L.L.C (DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES) 2012 JUNE.
Blessings have worked for RICHHYPER MARKET, a superstore with bakery since February 2012,Before then I worked for Trinity Insurance Company Ltd as a Temporary Accounts Assistant from 1st February, 2010 to 24th December 2010
CONCLUSION
Blessings have worked in different positions, which have seen the organization benefit from his ability to think laterally and yet pay attention to detail.His experience in business and in the corporate environment, to enable him to provide strategic ideas and input to the company, his peers and his team.
Blessings has been instrument in many strategic initiative like the Ultra-Low price strategy. Rich Hypermarket vision is to become a leading commodity provider in emerging market, we realized that the ills of society like poverty affect our people hence they cannot afford to buy expensive basic commodities, so we put up a strategy to breakdown the set price by various suppliers.
With such strategy the organization made a huge impact on the lives of the community.
Blessing's knowledge of the Business particularly in emerging market and his invaluable input to the organization has made a key success to the team and shareholders. His ability to problem solve and analyze in a way that harness the abilities of all who work with him, make him a valuable asset of any team that he works in.
Throughout his entire working career, Blessings has worked with people.Sometimes it's difficult to account all events that Blessings has done as an individual due to the fact that Blessings believes that as a team member of the Business Unit or an organization, his individual effort can also be measured by the team's success or the organization success. Blessings believes that team or organization success is a result of individual success - it all start with one person, then the team, then organization.
It is due to such individuals' efforts like me that I have seen our organization grown and so successful.
Rich Hypermarket started in 2012 in Champhira with 2 employees. It now employs 16 and I am glad that I have been part of Rich Hypermarket successful story and I person believe that I have made enormous contribution to Rich Hypermarket success in its 1 year of existence. When I joined Rich Hypermarket it was only a month old, working for Rich hypermarket for 1 year I can safely claim that my individual strength, leadership, innovative thinking and strategy has contributed to its success, indirectly or directly.
I therefore think I can also make positive contribution to your Company with the experience I have learnt over the years, the strategy used to be successful in emerging market.
I am indeed looking forward to joining your Company.
