My ideal position would be a similarly challenging position in a permanent position - as I would like to investment my time and expertise into an organisation on a long term basis - as positive growth, development and building relationships are my main motivators.

One of my key skills is strategy implementation. I excel at understanding the current status quo, the envisioned future and mapping the path and processes in order to get from the one to the other in the most constructive and sustainable manner.

Change management goes hand-in-hand with implementing strategies. Resistance to change is well-documented and widely assumed as a given. I am highly skilled at communicating and consulting around the change process, identifying points of concern or contention and allaying fears and resistance from various stakeholders.

Whenever there is a negative reaction or conflict arises around change it is an opportunity to improve various aspects integral to the organisation. This is what brings to me to my third key skill: development. During a change process certain organisational trends arise - trends that may point to areas that require development. While certain areas of development may require a broad, external intervention, the majority of developmental areas may be addressed internally, in a manner that does not interrupt business or puts extra financial strain on the business.

According to Gallup's StrengthsFinder, my top strengths are Developer, Empathy, Individualization, Positivity and Relator.
