With over 30 years in accounting, finance and management, I have a mature and experienced understanding of business. I revel in bringing order to chaos and I enjoy putting systems in place, as well as maintaining and reviewing such systems. I have international experience and I have worked and led multi-cultural teams including taking the lead in opening an office in a foreign country.
I never thought that I would one day be working in catering, but there I am and I am enjoying meeting all the people who bring films, tv adverts, dramas et al onto the screen. My training in finance and accounting gave me an eye for detail, and I have brought this into the kitchen!
