Adi Stephan is Head of Learning HP at IQbusiness, and has more than 16 years of experience in the training and learning environment. He has the ability to identify and create state-of-the-art initiatives and programmes that accelerate Human Resources, improve learning, increase learner retention, and offer overall improvement of organisations.

Stephan has an outstanding record of achievement in developing complex and technologically advanced solutions for multinational companies across Southern Africa. He is an accomplished public speaker and is equipped with an extensive background in human resources and information technology.

His passion is producing innovative solutions and environments, and helping organisations translate employee behaviours into high-impact outcomes.

He obtained his National Diploma in Human Resources at the University of the Witwatersrand. He has since obtained a BTech in Human Resources Management and a BCom Honours in Human Resources Management and Services.
