In 2018, the Ogilvy Group in South Africa undertook its most ambitious re-organisation in its long history; the consolidation of not only 16 separate operating companies into one, but the coming together of three separate agencies being Ogilvy Johannesburg, Ogilvy Cape Town and Ogilvy Durban, into one P&L under the management of a newly constituted and consolidated national leadership team.
