M-Net licence renewed

Icasa (the Independent Communications Authority of SA) has renewed M-Net's licence, which includes provision for the Open Time window, for the next eight years. Amendments to the licence can only be made at renewal date, or halfway through the term, meaning that Open Time will remain till at least 2004.
