Kagiso takes Nail battle to the Competition Tribunal

The Kagiso-led consortium has appealed to the Competition Tribunal to stop a deal going ahead between rival Tiso and Nail majority stakeholder Phaphama Holdings. Kagiso maintains that the deal amounts to a notifiable merger, for which they do not have approval.
