Lucid Ventures to open new hotel in Cape Town

Lucid Ventures is set to open its new Home* Suite Hotels in Sea Point, Cape Town later this year. Currently under construction, the 21-roomed boutique hotel will be the group's second hotel and is set to open in August 2020. The hotel will cater to corporate and leisure visitors and will include an open-plan restaurant, a bar area, a rooftop terrace and pool.

Launched earlier this year, Home* Suite Hotels is the brainchild of entrepreneur Gidon Novick, hotelier Graham Wood and property developer Andrew Kuming. The company plans to add a further two hotels in Johannesburg and Cape Town this year.
