First Group was announced as the Resort of the Year at the 29th annual RCI OSCAS, which took place at Sun City, Johannesburg. First Group received this tribute for two of its properties, namely La Cote d'Azur which won the Top Gold Crown-Medium award and Perna Perna St Lucia which won the Top Silver Crown title.
Perna Perna St Lucia also received the Top Housekeeping award, whilst La Cote d'Azur received the Top Unit Maintenance award.
