New rates, monetary amounts legislation signed into law
President Jacob Zuma signed into law the Rates and Monetary Amounts and Amendment of Revenue Act, 2015.

The Act seeks to give legislative effect to rates and monetary threshold changes pertaining to income tax, transfer duty, customs and exercise duties.
These changes were announced by the Minister of Finance during the Budget Review 2015 and tabled in Parliament on 25 February 2015.
