It is open to South Africans between the age of 18 and 35 that aspire to start a business, but have not started operating yet. The competition provides exposure to entrants and acts as a springboard to succeed in their entrepreneurial journey. The platforms also provide entrants with the opportunity to win mentorship vouchers with Business Partners Limited, a R20,000 cash prize and much more.
The national awards ceremony will be held in Johannesburg during Global Entrepreneurship Week, an annual global initiative celebrated from 16-22 November 2015, which recognises entrepreneurs who bring ideas to life and drive economic growth.
