Bull Brand sold to Rhodes Food
Bull Brand has been sold to Rhodes Food Group (Pty) Ltd‚ the South African based diversified foods business‚ while Brenner has been sold to its management in terms of a management buy-out.
The sale is part of KAP's strategy to focus on strategic industrial assets within emerging markets.
Both transactions are subject to Competition Authorities approval. KAP will continue to manage the businesses until such time as the relevant approvals have been obtained.
