Times Live reports that there are only four labour courts in South Africa - in Durban, Cape Town, Johannesburg and Port Elizabeth - and labour court Judge President, Dustan Mlambo says that since he took over in 2010 nothing has been done to resolve the problems.
Meanwhile, state attorneys in KwaZulu-Natal are threatening to go on strike unless their boss, Kishen 'Krish' Govender is removed. The attorneys claim that their working conditions are "worse than apartheid" and they have demanded that Justice Minister Jeff Radebe intervene to end their alleged ill treatment. Govender has not commented on the allegations, according to the Times Live report.
