Minister of Communications, Yunus Carrim, and Deputy Minister, Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams, will host a media briefing on Friday, 6 December 2013, to talk about digital migration, broadband and the National ICT Policy Review following Cabinet's decisions on these issues on 4 December.
