Capisum Culinary Studio to host six open days countrywide

Those who attend the open day can interact with the schools’ talented chef lecturers, who are leaders in the culinary field, as well as chat to expert advisors who will assist in making their hospitality dreams come true. Qualifications on offer include the three-year advanced professional chef programme; the year-long full or part-time professional chef programme and the hugely popular one-year full or part-time patisserie programme.

The studio also partners with renowned Business & Hotel Management School (BHMS) in Lucerne, Switzerland, which allows for the exchange of teaching and professional experiences between both schools.
