Rock The River Easter Festival

The Buffalo Drift Resort is off the R44, about 80 minutes' drive from Cape Town.

Confirmed acts include: Taxi Violence; Van Coke Karetl; Hog Hoggidy Hog; PH Fat; 7th Son; Chromium; R-burn; When Karma Sleeps; Heroes Wear Red; The Plastics: Boombox Troopers; DJ Side Show; Kill Disco; White Collar Kiss; Heldervue; We Shall Embrace; Fear versus Twelve; Alive At Midnight; DJ Aidan (Squeek), Fox Comet; Fire Fly; My Flawless Ending; Wings Of Aggression; Red Huxley; and Thought Police. More acts are to be confirmed.

After the bands, the Rubadub Crew will be on hand to take the party through to sunrise.

Facilities

Hot showers, serviced toilets, three fully stocked bars, a range of hot-food stalls, and a craft market will be on site.

There will be drink specials all weekend, ongoing competitions, give-aways, ATMs, a musical pub quiz, bonfires and a bring-n-braai area.

There are two camping options: park and camp on the level fields, or parkk and explore along the river, where there is plenty of shaded camping and no vehicles are allowed.
