Madame Zingara goes to Melrose Arch

Madame Zingara's Theatre of Dreams will be appearing for the first time at Melrose Arch, Johannesburg, after 16 weeks of shows in Cape Town. Performances at Melrose Arch will be from Friday, 1 October, 2010.

Andrew Douglas, spokesperson for Melrose Arch said: "We are incredibly proud that Madame Zingara has chosen Melrose Arch as the venue for its 2010/2011 season, after several years of regaling Gauteng audiences exclusively at Montecasino.

"Tickets for our Gauteng run are already 80 percent sold out until the end of the year, which is why we've extended our stay until February 2011. It's only fitting that Mrs Valentina Love (show director) and I continue to share Madame Zingara's love and magic with audiences during the annual Month of Love," said Richard Griffin, MD of Madame Zingara.

A season of new shows

Audiences can expect a season of new shows featuring performers from all corners of the globe, including the Original Tons of Fun, the roller skating duo and the Little Queen of Tarts.

The Theatre of Dreams will open to the public at Melrose Arch on Friday, 1 October, 2010. From mid-September Madame Zingara will be hosting 12 premier shows for invited guests, and seven premier nights are still available. Interested parties are advised to contact Madame Zingara's corporate sales manager Bianca Bauer on +27 (0)82 563 2624.
