New general manager appointed at MINI
BMW South Africa has announced the appointment of Kabelo Rabotho as the new general manager for the MINI brand. Rabotho takes over from Karen Valle who left the company in August to pursue other interests.
Rabotho joins the company from Imperial Toyota, where he was a dealer principal for three years. Prior to joining Imperial Toyota, Rabotho was a national sales manager at Absa Vehicle Management Solutions for more than three years and also held various positions at Toyota South Africa over a period of ten years.
"Coupled with his strong leadership capabilities, Rabotho is in a promising position to add tremendous value to both the MINI brand and supporting the dealer network," says Bodo Donauer, managing director of BMW South Africa.
