Wellness Fair at the V&A Waterfront

The Wellness Centre, in the V&A Waterfront Craft Market, will host its annual Wellness Fair on Saturday, 25 and Sunday, 26 September, 2010, which will showcase the best in healthy living and holistic wellbeing. Entrance is free.

As part of the fair, Dr Bruce Copley, holistic animator and educator, will host a series of informative talks exploring the art and science of wellbeing. A number of other local and international industry experts will also run workshops and demonstrations on various wellbeing techniques.

Marketing executive of the V&A Waterfront, Chantelle Kidd, said: "It has been a busy year for South Africans and the pressure of work and a fast-paced lifestyle often take its toll on our health and wellbeing. It is with this in mind that we've decided to host the event again in 2010.
