Sample fine whiskey at the FNB Whisky Live Showroom
Both connoisseurs and casual admirers of fine whisky are set to gather at The FNB Whisky Live Showroom Cape Town is to be held at the Southern Sun Cape Sun Hotel, Cape Town, on 19, 20 and 21 June, 2014, and visitors will be able to sample Johnnie Walker's rarest and most sought-after whiskies at the House of Walker stand.
"The Cape Sun Whisky Live Showroom will be a truly immersive experience - a world-class event showcasing the finest whisky that Scotland has to offer. These showrooms are novel opportunities for guests to savour the exceptional result of over 195 years of masterful blending," said Paul Madden, assistant brand manager of brandhouse, purveyor of the Johnnie Walker portfolio.
Led by Marsh Middleton, the House of Walker stand will take guests on an entertaining and educational journey discovering the flavours synonymous with Johnnie Walker as well as its heritage of craftsmanship and innovation.
The Cape Sun Whisky Live Showroom experience (including a tasting glass, 15 whisky-tasting vouchers and a 500ml bottle of mineral water for palate cleansing) will run from 6pm to 10pm each day.
