Saxon Boutique Hotel appoints a new sales manager
Olivia Demosthenous is a familiar face at the Saxon Boutique Hotel, Villas & Spa having worked through the ranks in various divisions of the hotel for three years before setting out to explore the 5-star luxury hotel market. After leaving her stamp on hotels such as The Westcliff and Fairlawns Boutique Hotel & Spa, Demosthenous has returned to the Saxon to head up their sales division.
Demosthenous' history at Saxon includes stints as guest relations and reservations as well as banqueting sales manager, and she returns with undeniable dedication and valuable experience to take up the strategic role of sales manager.
Calling on eight years of experience in the hotel industry, she will be responsible for a host of activities, including hosting of all educationals, looking after the corporate and leisure market locally and internationally in addition to relationship building with relevant decision makers. Her strength in the overall sales process will see her lead the sales and marketing team from the prospecting phase to closing of sales deals. This process includes identification of market opportunities, strategy development and account reviews.
