Seeff offers over 200 real estate learnerships
Having secured bursaries from the Services SETA, Seeff Property Group has launched over 200 real estate learnership opportunities countrywide. The bursaries will enable candidates to navigate their one-year internship period and receive training, guidance and preparation to ultimately enable them to obtain the FETC: Real Estate NQF Level 4 qualification.

Ronel Bornman, Seeff’s national HRD manager, says that these are rare opportunities to enable those looking to enter the real estate profession, especially BEE candidates.
The Seeff Training Academy's Structured Intern Programme is an integrated programme which Bornman advises covers all aspects of the real estate business, from an understanding of the real estate environment to relevant legislation, all aspects of marketing, selling and leasing, all documentation and contracts pertaining to real estate transactions and communication and self-development.
The programme assists learners throughout the internship period including preparation of the required log book and finally helps them prepare for the Professional Designate Exam (PDE).
