Dis-Chem in La Lucia Mall won the title 'KwaZulu-Natal Retailer of the Year' and Gateway Theatre won 'KwaZulu-Natal Service Provider of the Year'. Both regional winners will now go to the nationwide Spectrum Awards, which will be held in Johannesburg in November 2011.

"The sheer standard and quality of the region's entries was again superb this year," says Amanda Stops, GM of the SACSC. "This level of excellence and healthy competition will no doubt further propel the standing of the retail sector and its commitment to excellent customer service and offering."
