Job purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative content producer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in content creation, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to produce high-quality multimedia content. The creative content producer will work closely with our production, editorial, and design teams to develop and execute content strategies that drive audience engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Content creation: develop and produce compelling multimedia content, including videos, social media boards and L boards.
• Project management: oversee the content production process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaboration: work closely with the creative director, designers, videographers, and other team members to create cohesive and engaging content.
• Audience engagement: monitor and analyse content performance metrics to optimise and improve future content.
• Innovation: stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the content production process.
• Quality control: ensure all content meets the company’s quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.

Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in media
• Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in content production, preferably in a media or digital environment.

Skills:

• Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in multimedia production, including video editing, graphic design, and audio production.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms.
