Are you looking to join a team that consists of three to five developers and a team leader, focused on processing various payment methods within our stable of products? This role will be suitable for you if you are currently searching for a senior Java developer position.

You will be responsible for translating business requirements into detailed designs for implementation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of six years' experience in professional software development
• A bachelor's degree (or similar) in IT or sciences highly advantageous
• Extensive experience in Java
• Extensive understanding of microservices and web API integration
• Extensive knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Experience working on large-scale, scalable, and performance-critical software projects (ecommerce platform building experience is a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and highly developed attention to detail
• Experience with Go (greatly advantageous)
• AWS cloud (Lambdas/EC2/S3)
• Queuing technologies (RabbitMQ/AWS SQS)
• TypeScript, jQuery, Node.js, Vue.js
• Knowledge of PCI - Data Security Standard and GDPR
• Docker
• Git
• SQL
• CSS, HTML
• Jira
• Knowledge of .NET or PHP beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Participate in estimation and planning discussions with the development team
• Write and debug code
• Perform back-end as well as front-end development using the above-mentioned technologies
• Test and document developed code
• Create and maintain integration, unit, component, and user acceptance tests
