Highbury Media (Pty) Ltd T/A Habari Media is a media powerhouse, whose world-class titles connect brands to targeted audiences.We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated digital archive intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for digitising magazines, archiving digital content, maintaining our developed applications, performing various administrative tasks, and assisting with ad hoc duties as needed.
Key responsibilities:
Digitising magazines
Scan and convert physical magazines into digital formats.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of digitised content.
Organise and label digital files for easy retrieval.
Archiving magazines
Maintain an organised digital archive of magazines.
Maintaining in-house apps and websites.
Administrative work.
Ad hoc duties.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with app maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
