The inspiration behind combining these 40 weeks together as one course - life coaching gives you the motivation and inspiration to design the life you prefer and the project management gives you the courage to put your inspiration into a workable plan and design the plan in such a way that the chunks are small enough to take action.
You may have a large "life goal" and feel overwhelmed to achieve it. This is where the project management comes in, it gives you the information on how to break your large goal into smaller goals and into even smaller parts to make a "Work Breakdown Schedule". The WBS makes it easier for you to take action, as you now can 'see' what has to be done next.
Sometimes procrastination is a good thing. The planning phase of a project is when you are working on "what needs to be done when?" and once you have completed your planning, you can get your plan into action.
This gets us to the reason for the combination, life coaching is for the motivation and project management is for planning and action. This course is setup in such a way that these two are integrated into a 40 week intensive e-course.

21 Weekly Life Coaching Sessions - every second week. This includes the life coaching session pages, the life coach in our pocket chapter and 26 recorded visualizations to accompany the written material. In these 21 weeks you can tailor your life to be what you prefer it to be.
19 Weekly Project Management Lessons - work out how to divide your "Life Goals" into manageable chunks and set an implementation plan in place. This included the written material for that week, the template of the documents required and the Open Office and Open Project software.
