Provides support for Eastern Cape Provincial Traffic Departments Call Center National Traffic Information System (eNaTiS) project on behalf of the National Department of Transport by means of the following services: System administration support, Hardware support, Network support, Call management system, Integration of equipment, Deployment of equipment, Conducting asset audits at sites, Managing hardware sub-contractors, Deploying network hardware at sites, Supporting deployed network hardware, Managing network sub-contractors.
