Since starting his first job at a small tech startup, Stephen has gained a ton of experience across Africa; from building strategic partnerships and raising funds for startups to optimising tech products for company growth. As the VP of Growth at OfferZen, his main focus is on guiding his passionate team to grow the business by adding value to the tech community.
In his spare time, Stephen is super passionate about designing his life so that creativity and mindfulness are at the centre - which comes in handy when mentoring juniors with the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, playing football or hanging out with his kids.
