In my last portfolio as a Relationship Manager, I acquired techniques on how to handle different personalities in a manner that is appealing to them in the context of commercialising existing and new products. Prior to that, in my role as a Customer Service Consultant, I acquired extensive communication experience through handling a national account. My role here was to liaise with material suppliers as a buyer to supply the factory for production. Thus thorough planning and accurate inventory control was mandatory. I have a knack for problem solving and working well autonomously as well as in a team. I have forged lasting professional relationships with my clients through researching their paramount needs, which made it easier to resolve queries. My creativity and personality make me a great candidate for a setting that includes teamwork and brand promotion.
