KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Over 16 years' experience within a Clinical Pathology laboratory with more than 9 years expertise as a Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) Coordinator. The latter involved setting up, implementing and continually auditing the Quality Management System to ensure that the level of quality, of technical and non-technical processes, is embedded and maintained.

Proven ability to effectively display the communication, organizational and leadership skills of a Quality Manager.

Efficiently performing, as required, the role of a Technical Director which involved the management of technical processes on an operational level, in addition to personnel management.
