I am a Research Psychologist, Business Strategist, Executive- & Life Coach and Motivational Teacher. I coach on becoming self-aware, building balanced relationships, re-connecting with personal purpose, cultivating character, finding meaning in suffering, communicating effectively, reading body language, emotional intelligence, shifting paradigms, managing change and living an empowered and happy life.

I also help to transform companies in South Africa by facilitating strategic planning and team-building sessions, presenting emotional intelligence training to sales people and facilitating leadership development programs to leaders and managers.

In 2012 I decided to apply all my coaching knowledge, -experience, -insight, -frustrations and dreams to design and construct Balance4Coaches. This revolutionary all-in-one tool enables coaches plan entire coaching processes, schedule and synchronize sessions with clients, track client progress, give feedback, build individual and group profiles, manage resources and even do their billing on one secure platform

I am currently living my dream as CEO / Founder of Balance4Coaches.
